european solar street light

Product Details

The appearance and processing technology inspection of solar street lamps is the same as the inspection of various types of lighting fixtures, including the style, raw materials, color tone, outer packaging, logo, and identification of solar street lamps.

On site testing of solar street lamps:

1. Shipping drop test: According to ISTA 1A regulations, perform a drop test with 10 drops. The solar street lamp product and outer packaging should be free from lethality and relatively serious problems.

2. Accurate measurement of net weight of solar street lamps: Based on the specifications, models, and approved samples of solar street lamps, if the customer does not provide detailed tolerances or tolerance regulations, a tolerance of -3% shall be applied.

3. Barcode recognition detection: The barcode of the solar street lamp housing can be scanned and the scanning results are correct.

4. Installation and assembly inspection: According to the instructions, the solar street light can be installed normally and there should be no other problems.

5. Start detection: The solar street lamp sample is powered by the rated current of the system, and after running for less than 4 hours at full load or following the instructions for use, the solar street lamp sample should be able to perform high-voltage testing, function testing, insulation resistance testing, etc., and the results should be satisfactory.

6. Functional loss inspection or actual power/current detection: The functional loss/actual power/current of solar street lamps must comply with the product model and testing standards.

7. Internal structure quality and core component inspection: Check the internal structure and components of solar street lamps. The route should not encounter sharp edges, hot components, and fitness and sports components to prevent damage to the insulation layer. The internal structural connection of solar street lamps should be fixed, and CDF or CCL components should comply with regulations.

8. Friction detection of rated value labels and adhesion detection of printed labels: Use a cloth soaked in water to wipe the 15S solar street lamp rated value paper and then replace it with a cloth dipped in car gasoline to wipe the 15S solar street lamp without any poor response.

9. Stability test (applicable to portable pillar type products): Products (excluding fixed and portable equipment) should be placed on a skewed surface that is 6 degrees (in the European region)/8 degrees (in foreign markets) from the plane according to general applications (such as small toys or outdoor portable lights, using 15 degrees). The power plug should be placed in a harmful area, and solar street lights should not be overturned.

10. Charging and discharging detection (solar panel, rechargeable lithium battery): Charge and discharge according to the instructions, and it should comply with the regulations.
