solar street light pole

Product Details

In the solar street lamp system, the lamp pole not only serves as a load-bearing light source but also serves as a solar panel. Its height also determines its lighting effect. When installing, it is not enough to stand it up properly. Many details need to be taken into account to fully ensure its functionality, safety, and stability.

1) Before lifting the lamp pole

Place the pole body and cross arm neatly on the ground, with the base flange of the pole body facing the ground cage for easy installation in the later stage; The cable should be threaded out along the rod body and cross arm, with a margin reserved at the cross arm head and coiled properly.

It should be noted that before lifting, carefully check whether the fasteners at each part are firmly installed, and also check whether the lamp holder, battery board, battery board and other components are properly installed, such as whether the orientation of the battery board is in the south direction. It has been noted in the early stage, so that unnecessary trouble can be reduced during installation.

After checking the installation of the components, you can first do a simple debugging work to see if it is normal. Loosen the solar panel connection line on the controller, and the light source is normal. After connecting it, the light source will go out. At the same time, pay attention to the change of the indicator light on the controller. After everything is normal, proceed to the following work.

2) During lifting

After checking the thickness in the early stage, the lamp pole can be lifted. Thread the lifting rope into a suitable position on the lamp pole and tie an iron wire at the head of the cross arm. Someone needs to adjust the installation direction of the cross arm on the ground, and slowly lift it. During this process, it is important to avoid scratching the solar energy battery components with the crane wire rope.

When the solar street lamp is completely off the ground or completely off the load, at least two installation personnel need to use a large wrench to clamp the flange plate on the ground, and place the lamp pole. During the lifting process, the bottom swing causes friction between the upper part and the crane wire rope, causing damage to the solar street lamp.

When the lamp pole is lifted directly above the foundation, slowly lower it down. At the same time, rotate the lamp pole so that the lamp head can face the road surface, and the long hole on the flange plate is aligned with the foundation bolt. After falling on it, place a flat washer, spring washer, and nut in sequence.

During this process, attention should be paid to adjusting the verticality of the lamp pole. A horizontal ruler can be used. If it is not vertical, a gasket can be placed on the flange and adjusted repeatedly until the direction of the lamp pole is perpendicular to the ground. At this time, the nut should be tightened evenly with a wrench, not too tight or too loose. For better fixation effect, thread locking adhesive can be applied before tightening.
